Gamify turns coursework you upload — a syllabus and problem sets — into short practice games. It is a review tool for material you're already studying. It is not a homework-completion service, and using it to produce answers for graded submission instead of practicing is against these terms and against the spirit of the product.
Educators create an account with an email address and password to build classes and generate assignments. Students do not create an account or give an email or password — joining a class takes only a class code and a display name, stored with a device token so progress can be recognized on that device.
Violating any of the above may result in suspension or termination of access, with or without notice.
You keep ownership of whatever you upload. By uploading it, you give Gamify permission to process it — including sending it to a third-party AI provider for analysis — solely to generate and display your games back to you. Uploaded material is not pooled into a shared public bank and is not used to build content for other users.
The game templates, mechanics, generation pipeline, and underlying software are Gamify's. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that to you.
Gamify is a preview product and is provided "as is." AI-generated breakdowns and games can contain mistakes — treat them as practice, not as an authoritative source, and check anything that matters against your actual course material. The service may change, break, or become unavailable without notice while it's in this stage.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Gamify and its creator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
